Beach Thongs
Beach thongs, also known as beach sandals, flip flops, jandals or plakkies, to name but a few.
EVA Industries has been developing the capability to conceptualise, design, manufacture, enhance, assemble, package and dispatch completed pairs of beach thongs since 2000. Once the concept and design have been approved by the client, the process starts with manufacturing the foam sheets, cutting / stamping the soles, screen printing and embossing the soles, drilling, buffing, lacing and assembling the final product. The PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) straps / vamps are injection moulded in-house, and extra detail can be added to the vamps to create a more bespoke beach thong. The completed product is then quality checked, labelled, tagged, “kimbled” and packaged according to the client’s specifications, before being shipped from EVA directly to the client’s distribution centres or stores.
